Staking through Kimosabe Art

Staking is used to reward holders and provide utility to stakeholders, usually in the form of a project token. We have created our own token and staking, we want to add real value to the ecosystem. Not only an empty coin. This token will instead be used to claim more rewards, such as NFTs and raffle tickets.

With the Cardanolands staking this will give Kimosabe Art holders double rewards, both in $HEXO and our own token $KIMO, depending on how the staking mechanism is built. Read more about $KIMO here. How to stake?

For the staking we will be using the Mutants Labs service. Connect your wallet to https://labs.mutant-nft.com/projects/kimosabe?tab=staking and choose the NFTs you want to stake. You can both stake onchain or offchain (non-custodial). When staking offchain the NFTs will remain in your wallet. Connect your wallet to Mutant Labs to activate both staking options.

How will staking work?

We have created a token with no monetary value to power the ecosystem. With these tokens, a stakeholder could buy new Machine Headz NFTs from limited staking collections and join raffles with exclusive prizes, t-shirts, merch, printed art, other NFTs, 1/1s, and more. For future collections, we could even use the token to transform the art and create something new.

1. Individual stake -> get rewards (a token with no value, not listed or anything) 2. With the token, individuals can enter raffles for new NFTs, 1/1s, merch, gift cards, and so on. You "buy" raffle tickets with the token. 3. Individuals can mint exclusive collections with the token. 4. Maybe even use it to transform/update future collections. Raffle prize For this to add value, a raffle system would fit in perfectly. If you stake more NFTs, you will get more tokens to buy raffle tickets meaning a higher chance of winning the raffle. We would aim to hold weekly raffles with the possibility to win: NFTs, merch, gift cards (steam maybe?), printed art, stickers, t-shirts, ADA, WL-spots, and more.

Staking through Cardanolands

Kimosabe Art is listed on the Cardanolands staking platform. And you can stake any of your Kimosabe Art NFTs. Just connecting your wallet (Eternl or Nami wallet) on their website. https://cardanolands.com/ The NFT remains in your wallet, you can check your staked NFTs in the ‘inventory’ menu. By staking your Kimosabe Art, you’ll earn a reward in HEXO token. Since we 100% control our votes you will receive staking rewards continuously for all Kimosabe Art starting 10th October.

Staking through The Ape Society

The Machine Headz collections are approved for staking with The Ape Society to receive $SOCIETY. In order to stake your non-Ape NFTs you need Frames and a Cabin to earn daily rewards. The staking is non-custodial so the NFT stays in your wallet the whole time. This means you should be able to get double rewards on your staked NFT. Both from Cardanolands and The Ape Society.
